a screen you reach when the network is the thing that broke and ssh will not help.

an order raises a real machine at a real provider, with an address of its own. snapshots, restoring onto one and deleting it all work the same way.

you name the amount, we name the exact number of usdt, and the balance moves on its own within a minute of the transfer landing. a payment that arrives after the quote expired is not lost — we credit it by hand.

this page is maintained by hand. we do not run automated probes yet, so treat it as our word rather than a machine's — and, to be blunt about what that means: without probes we usually learn about an outage from you, not before you. we watch the panel and our own machines, which catches the large failures and misses the ones that hit a single customer. when probing is wired up, this note goes away and the numbers become real.
